Refund Policy
30-Day Returns You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at careshop1203@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
